Awards for La Traite Restaurant
For the third consecutive year, Hôtel-Musée Premières Nations’ restaurant, La Traite, received outstanding recognition for its fine local northern cuisine at the 23rd Gala de la restauration de Québec. Nominated in three categories: brunch, hotel restaurant and Quebec products, chef Martin Gagné won in all three categories. La Traite’s gastronomy is innovative and in a class of its own offering dishes made with authentic ingredients from the land and sea and products gleaned from our soil.
